Usually my food from Basils is pretty good. The last order they forgot to include the wing sauce and I asked for blue cheese and they gave me ranch.
The restaurant was great it's just at the delivery driver when he came deliver the food didn't have any change so I gave him the money for the food and ask him to come back and getting it changed he said he'd be right back but he took over 3 hours to bring back the change and this took away from the food experience because I was trying to get another person to use the service got this took away from that they probably want you to service now
I ordered Cajun chicken and I got regular
It's a crapshoot with this place... always been that way. They dont pay attention to details or simply read tickets. I type in the comments exactly what I want. Oh and if you dont want your food riding around town or sitting on the counter for 30 min you have to tell them you want your food hot... I ordered pepperoni pizza extra sauce house dressing on the side and asked please deliver hot.... pizza room temp dry as a bone no dressing on the side... if it wasn't for my kids I wouldnt order here... laziness is y they consiste... read more
Menu didn't list onions in the vegetarian calzone fillings, but there were a ton of onions. I would have asked to have the onions left out if I had known. I spent a lot of time digging out the onions as I ate.
Driver was banging on the wrong door forever. I specifically asked in the note to please deliver food HOT as this tends to need to be a special request with them. Also asked to please double check order accuracy again special request needed with them.. food delivered super cold and order was incorrectly prepared. Unbelievable how little effort this place makes.
Ordered the eggplant parmesan and some zucchini sticks. The zucchini was almost nonexistent; mostly just a shell of fried covering. The eggplant parm was dry and tasteless. I won't be ordering from this place again
I ordered from here because I’d moved that day and they had 35% off for first time orders. As soon as I submitted the order the discount went away and I paid full price. I know that���s a grub hub thing and they’re customer service is terrible so I was like whatever I’m hungry, trying to unpack, etc. Then the food took forever and the pizza was cold, ice cold. So $25 for cold pizza and two sodas. Very disappointing.
I gave special orders not to fry my food too hard and I wasn’t able to eat some of the pieces. I’ve gotten chicken here before which is why I made the request. Won’t get it again! Food arrived 32 minutes late and the one box was crushed open. Not a good experience.
