Do not order their delivery. The food is good but the driver is unbelievably rude. Literally stood on our porch and argued about his tip. Refused to leave! Very unprofessional
The restaurant had me on hold for over 5 minutes my food is late
The pizza was 10 minutes late. I ordered a cranberry juice with my order to be delivered with my pizza but the driver said the cranberry juice was opened for some reason. Those were his exact words. Not a good experience for my first time ordering from Basil’s pizza.
Will not use grub hub again. I used the app and it had an incorrect home address listed. Will end my affiliation with the app
Wings sauce was all over the inside of the bag. Very messy = no tip. Not satisfied at all.
The food was fine but the delivery window was 7:55 to 8:05. The delivery arrived at 8:50 after I called the restaurant. The person that answered had no explanation. She put me on hold and then said it would be a few more minutes.
If you like late deliver and cold food - this is your place!
Good except the order was incomplete.
