Late delivery this food was cold. Called the restaurant while waiting, at least they made the efforts to contact delivery driver.
Unfortunately, the delivery took over an hour and the calzone and fries were barely warm.
My delivery guy was very rude asking for tip when it’s not required and the food I had wasn’t great either not to mention being late also Basil’s Pizza get yourselves a new delivery driver he has an attitude
Delivery toke forever and their customer service was terrible i will never spend my money here again...
They forgot part of my order. By the time I noticed it was too late
The hot sauce was spilled over my chicken
The food was cold and soggy, just awful. They weren’t even on time, like a two hour and a half wait from when I ordered my food. The chicken was dry, I’m pretty sure they haven’t heard of salt on fries (tasteless by the way).
Pizza was simply not up to par. You can do better with frozen pizza. Cannot recommend this pizza joint.
Correction: My order was NOT correct. I requested that my chicken be cooked well done and that my BBQ sauce be separated. But it was not.
