We literally had a brand new bathroom within a few hours. The salesman was knowledgeable and professional. The installer was excellent. We have used BathFitter for three of our bathrooms.

They arrived on time, did not leave a mess and everything completed the same day. It saved us the cost of a full demolition. Great craftsmanship. The bathroom looks great.

I had Bathfitter install a shower/tub in my bathroom. When the work was completed, stepping in the tub felt like a roller coaster. Backfitters had to come back out redo the tub. Apparently they send a new inexperienced person to do the job. I also developed a link in my kitchen directly under the tub. Bathfitter cane out and repaired that. Looking back , I don’t think I would have done it but I am pleased with it n

It’s nice but the handle is hard to turn, not a smooth glide, which I think it should be. And it had what looks like water marks/stains before it was even used. It would be better if the handle was fixed.
