HD a problem with water leaking in the tub between the liner. It's an ongoing problem and displeased

Bathfitters did an excellent job installing a walk in shower. They were quick- a day and a half- and left the area very clean. We love it!

Wonderful customer service! Dan came today, July 2, 2022, to replace the caulking in our beautiful stall shower enclosure. He was exceptional. He was neat and cleaned up totally the whole area he worked in and was very nice just to speak to. I would recommend Bathfitter to anyone! Thank you Carol for fitting us in earlier than later⭐️
Today we had Dan Karin come to address a few issues with our install - he understood our minor concerns and addressed them in a timely manner. All seems good at this time - we cannot use shower for 24 hours . Final inspection we come then
I wanted to take this opportunity to recognize two distinct installers who took the time to complete a most difficult job. On August 17th my tub fitter was to be installed and you could imagine my excitement. However, Ian D. was having quite a time fitting it over because of a shelf that I didn’t want to be removed and the unevenness of my tub. In August, 2020, I had a Bathfitter tub installed in home… On May 4, 2021,I noticed a hairline crack in the tub..I immediately called Bathfitter in Copiague, NY and informed Rosie in the Service Department…I texted her a picture of tub and she immediately set a date for someone to come out and install a brand new tub since Bathfitter tubs are lifetime guaranteed. I had my bath fitter installed this week, Clifford was wonderful. He asked me step by step what I wanted. He was a great worker and so personable. My shower looks wonderful. I would recommend this company. A lifetime guarantee is great too!!
