Better Check with Your Insurance Dr. Miller was nice but staff had three opportunities to let me know that they are not in network with FL Blue Combined Life. I even asked before the first appointment and was told that they accepted my insurance. Even sat with front desk staff and made a payment for what they estimated I would owe after first visit, which was in line with what I thought it should be. Be careful and verify with insurance company...not with them While the doctor was nice, I am extremely disappointed with the staff. I called his office before my appointment to verify that they did accept my insurance and was told yes. Even in an appointment where the treatment and insurance was discussed, nothing was ever said about my dental insurance not covering the procedure. Lost a Gold Crown. It was re seated and lasted a month or so. It has been re seated once more and is holding. The treatment plan to replace this crown has an insurance coverage, and out of pocket expense that is exorbitant. My hope is that I don't need this procedure.
High quality service (except for not accepting my insurance), friendly, positive and convenient By not accepting payment of my insurance (Delta Dental--ppo premier) you have lost a customer--actually 2 because my wife will also seek another provider.
