Very high quality and very friendly My clean and check is so much more detailed than any other place I have been before. This is my second time and I am very pleased. Everyone is so friendly.
Quick appointment scheduling I called during New Years week for an appointment for a tooth ache and they fit me right in.
Did not help me I came in with a lot of pain. The doctor wouldn't do anything to help. He tried to down play my level of pain, saying he had what I had before and it wasn't that bad, that it shouldn't be causing that much pain. Everyone is different, every case is different, every persons body reacts differently. He referred me to an oral surgeon and wouldn't give me anything to help with the pain, just until I got to the surgeon. He acted as though I wastill a drug addiction just out to get narcotics! Best in Bay County As usual, I received a friendly greeting from Whitney and shortly after I was in the chair to get my problems taken care of. It's a great feeling to have total confidence in your dentist and his entire staff. I haven't been to another dentist in several years and plan to continue with Dr. Gangwisch and his colleagues until I move or kick the bucket!
Dental cleaning was very good as usual. When told the amt. of my bill, a mistake was made. In your computer, there was a message that said not to file my insurance. If I had not questioned this, my payment would have been twice as much as it was supposed to be. I hope this will not happen in the future.
All the personnel were professional and friendly. They were specific and clear on all requirements needed. I would definitely recommend them to someone else.

Checking In for Appointment When I arrived I went to the window to check in. A couple was in front of me talking to the woman behind the window. I waited for about 1 minute then realized they were chit chatting about an experience with someone at a hospital. I was giving them time to talk but after almost 6 minutes I interrupted their conversation by speaking directly to the woman behind the window and told her I would like to check in.
