11 years of service I have been going to Bay Smile Docs since 2007. I have always had a friendly experience and I am treated like my time matters. My appointments never start late and Doctor Grandy is very detail oriented when discussing my procedures and options. He remembers who I am and is very personable. The hygienists are as wonderful as he is and if I could give more than five stars I would.
Above and Beyond I recently had a crown fall off. I was fortunate enough to feel it coming off and did not bite it or chew it into a mangled mess or damage it in any way. I didn't even get frustrated and stomp it on the floor. I carefully stuck it away for replacement on my tooth. I contacted Dr. Grandy's office and asked for an appointment ASAP so that the surrounding teeth didn't move around too much to get this crown back on where it belonged. Iv'e been going here for years. Dr. Grandy is a great dentist. He will tel you what he's about to do so there aren't any surprises. I had a tooth chipped one time and he had me come in and he fit me in just to make sure tooth wasn't cracked. and he smoothed it down so it wouldn't keep cutting my tongue until I could make an appointment to get a crown.
