Will never go to another dentist I broke my front tooth while out of town and called frantically into the office asking for an appointment the minute I got back. They scheduled me immediately for 7:00 am. I was in and out in less than an hour - looking as if it had never broken. I have been a patient here for over 20 years for this very reason. They are always professional, personable and very accommodating. Thank you!

Very good service When I walked in everybody was very nice and welcoming. The cleaning and x rays are all well done as well. I'd recommend this to anybody who's looking for a dentist.
Always happy with the service I received Dr. Grandy is by far the best dentist in bay county, patient and understanding. I've yet to have a bad experience at his office his staff is always on point and willing to help out at all cost.
Implant options Everyone was friendly and was not made to wait too long to see the Dentist. Got straightforward answers to my questions and was given all information about my proposed procedure both good and possibly bad. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the cost of the procedure. Was much higher than I expected.
Fantastic staff, prompt service, clean facility Enjoyed my visit. Had a cleaning done and was very impressed by how courteous all the staff were. Got in right away and out in a timely manner. I'm particular about rooms and areas in offices being cleaned a organized in which Bay Smiles met my expectations.
Efficient Very professional nice environment . Seen right away, no time spent waiting for dentist. Able to get my dental impressions for teeth whitening tray done right away. My dentist and dental assistant Tiffany are very friendly. I love coming here. I was recommended by another colleague. I'm also a health professional and would recommend to anyone else I know.
