I liked being informed throughout the procedure. Having the assistant talk about church made me more comfortable and confidant that I had good people doing a good job that I needed to be done. Both the assistant and dentist sharing a little personal information gave me a safe feeling of acceptance as an important friend instead of just another patient. High Quality Service, Professional, Friendly I received nothing buy kindness and experience care. The staff is always very friendly and always willing to help out. I received the services of my teeth being cleaned. The staff is awesome, the cleanings pleasant, I never have to wait.
Professional, nice Saw me right away for a broken, painful tooth, even though I'd never been there before. Dr. Melzer and Katie were wonderful, explained everything, showed me the tooth after it was extracted (there was no saving it, it was split right in half). Recommend to anyone.

Friendly and inviting This was my first visit with this office. I was impressed with the staff and their expertise. My hygienist Katie took extra time with me and my teeth have never felt cleaner. Dr. Melzer is an excellent dentist who is very thorough in everything that he explains. I highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist this is the practice to use!
I had a tooth that had broken 2 days earlier. Another dentist said they could see me tomorrow. I was in pain and they saw me right away and were wonderful.
Sharon did an excellent job cleaning my teeth! I find everyone to be friendly and very professional.
