Very pleased with service received from the staff members. Dental hygienist and dental assistant were very professional in performing the duties. Dr. Holtery was very professional as well. We are new to PCB and this was my first visit to this dental office.
Family Atmosphere I highly recommend Bay Smiles. They are prompt, polite, and efficient. This is your family neighborhood dentist atmosphere. Not the corporate feel of trying to get you to pay for procedures that you don't need to generate revenue. I'm bringing the rest of my family members to Bay Smiles.
Friendly staff, great experience I genuinely enjoy going to this dentist office. Everyone is so friendly from the front desk staff to the hygentists and doctors. Everyone makes me feel so welcome and relaxed. They are always helpful and great with recommendations for oral care.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. Angela is a great Hygenist. Who takes time with you, especially if you are freightened. Dr. Grandy, is very patient with me because of my fear. He takes time to explain things to me. A wonderful group of people
Prompt appointment Called this morning and asked for appointment as my tooth was throbbing. I was able to get a same day appointment--at 2 instead of my requested time of anytime after 4. I was seen quickly, given medications and was scheduled for an additional appointment the next day for an implant consult. This time they were able to schedule the exact time I needed.
