Excellent product and the service was fantastic. I signed up with Birdeye, back then Cube Online, and went from 4.2 to 4.8 stars on Google, this has has a very real effect on my business, with a lot more customers coming in saying they saw i had good reviews, so they came to my store.

I should have joined sooner. We joined about 6 months ago to get more google reviews, which in tern helps our ranking ect. We now have close to 50, with basically no input required from us. It's all just effortlessly running in the background. It has made a difference to our credibility, as the reviews are constantly coming in and up to date. Most new customers comment on our reviews. As an investment it has certainly been worth it.
