Well I will say this they were friendly, Now if I could get floor mats! I don't know how many times I ask for them, and each time Ron went to look for them, he come back with empty hands! I don't understand, what happen to the mats that came in it, I can't imagine what the big deal is.. I live 3 hours away from them, and it's hard to run back and fourth, but I want the floor mats. My next call will be to the BBB, I won't stop there!!!!
Service department is trash. There is no sense of urengency. Does not care about the customer.
Beyond frustrating experience! BAD BUSINESS! Strung me along and then sold the car out from under me. Sales associate: Allend. This dealership didn’t know what it means customer service at all I went to them to check my car and they told me we are busy Please book an appointment and after I rescheduledand reschedule my appointment they keep the car for 4 days without even look or check what’s wrong with my car when I called them every day to check what’s the issue with my car they keep me on hold for 40 minutes knowing that the lady who answered my went to check and coming back to me so after 40 minutes she forgot about me and told me how can I help... read more
My car was towed to this dealer 9 days ago for repairs on work previously done. No one will call me. I've called and texted 20+ times. This senior give Zero for no service. No way to treat prior customers.
The salesmen here lie to make sales! ! I went on a very slow day and I was looking for certain features for my next vehicle and the salesman told me this vehicle had it all. I later found out that he had lied to me! The dealership will not do anything to to fix this now except apologize on the behalf of the salesman! Now I’m paying $3,000 extra dollars to have a unit installed into my car because they falsely advertised features that my vehicle did not come equipped with. BE AWARE OF THIS!!!!
Do not buy from here! !! After digitally signing purchasing agreement for final cost of vehicle. I checked my printed documents when i got home a few days later to confirm what lien holder had as overall cost of vehicle. They added Paintless dent repair, servicing contract , and many other additional services worth over $2k to a completely different purchasing agreement . I am new to Tennessee & my Grand Jeep Cherokee had an recall. So, I call this dealership & made an appointment to get service. I was informed that they offer a service that'll take me to work & pick me up as well. I took the service b/c I needed to get to work. So, I set up that service & appt. time. The day of service, I go in & there's no clear direction of where to go, so I ask the first desk I see on where to go to receive service. Horrible Service Dept. The woman I dealt with just does not care. I asked to be called just so I know if I need to rent a car or not. She never called. Getting close to end of day, I called and she said she would go check and call me back. You guess it, she did not call back. Service dept has horrible customer service skills and they do not care. I cannot possibly recommend to anyone to go to this dealership.
