"I’ve bought 2 cars from Beaman (Toyota and Dodge). Never..." I’ve bought 2 cars from Beaman (Toyota and Dodge). Never again..ever. After working with their service dept I don’t have confidence they can solve the problem.

"Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership! The..." Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership! The salesperson didn’t want to wait on us because we were in the market for a new vehicle. Stated he only made $150.00 on a new car, but made much more on a used car. Very unprofessional and “shady” business practices. Quoted me a price and them raised the price by $1,500.00 then they basically said sorry for your luck when they changed the price. Won’t ever walk back in to their dealership.

"I bought my Grand Cherokee at this dealership and have..." I bought my Grand Cherokee at this dealership and have been back to this dealer several times with minor problems. My issues were never resolved and I was treated as if I were a 3rd citizen! This visit was not any different. I will NEVER darken the doorstep of this 3rd ratr joint again!

"Service has dropped in quality. Truck was there for..." Service has dropped in quality. Truck was there for warranty. They messed up a wheel and tried to have it fixed and looked worse than before it was sent out for repair. When I said I was unhappy they then decided to replace the wheel . I would have to do it myself then get my money back from the Beaman Dodge.

"went in for a oil change.got a coupon sent to my phone..." went in for a oil change.got a coupon sent to my phone for a 54.00 oil change which they would not let me use.said they could only take 5.00 off of it..which i had to pay $97.23 for it yo be change..the guy that helped me had a nasty attitude. i asked for his boss but he was gone to lunch.i will not go back there and thats where i have always got my oil change..
"Taken my Daughters Jeep (which we bought new from them)..." Taken my Daughters Jeep (which we bought new from them) there over 6 times and problem still not fixed. Took pictures and videos and they chose to do nothing. They even left parts off that I'm not sure when or how long it's been missing. Service department is horrible and needs to be replaced along with the Service manager before they lose more customers. I wouldn't buy a bottle of water from them now.
"The staff was friendly, but didn’t fix either warranty..." The staff was friendly, but didn’t fix either warranty related problem. Basically dismissed both. Loosing coolant and smell after shutdown in front of radiator however no leak visible. They Performed a pressure check that didn’t show a leak but I’ve read online about many radiator leaking problem in recent years. Blamed oil leak residue on bottom of A/C compressor a spill during oil change.
