I called to see if your service dept had the parts for a recall and to schedule an appt for repair if so and if the roadside assistance was included what number would I call. I was given the numbers but misleading information and no follow up and when I call back a great disconnect within the customer service and lack of surety even down to my courtesy shuttle by being told she does not normally have a ph for one to call just look out for her in a red van. "Took my car in for repair" I was told the car needed a torque converter even though it only has 40k miles. Cost would be over $2500. I took it to a transmission shop and they found no problems with the torque converter or transmission. Dodge needs to train their techs better. This was the third time they had the car and had it for a week the last two times.
"Collin Sheppy " I was in an emergency situation and needed a car to get me from Tennessee to New York while staying on a pretty strict budget. Mickey Dolan was nothing short of a miracle worker when it came down to helping me find a vehicle that fit all my needs. I walked in to the dealership maybe 30 minutes before closing and not once did I feel rushed or pushed into anything I wasn’t comfortable with. Granted I’m not from Murfreesboro, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another vehicle from Beaman dodge Chrysler Jeep again.
"Terrible Service, does not call back, does not fix issues. " Absolutely the worst service department I have ever dealt with. First off, if you drop your vehicle off early in the morning, dont expect a phone call until either the end of the day, or if you call them, they never seem to have an update or answer. My vehicle has been there 5 or more times for the same exact issue, that its had since purchase. " Terrible experience " I purchased a used car from Beaman and traded my car to the dealership. Spent four hours waiting to close the deal. Signed all the paperwork and left with the car. I financed the balance. I have had the car for two months and now they tell me they could not get me financed. So I’m taking my car back to Beaman and picking up my car that was traded. Horrible communication, rude, and threatening. They are a horrible ruthless dealership. Stay Away.
"poor customer service" we bought a used 2014 dodge grand caravan in august of 2018. it took them 2 days to get the van from Nashville and 2 months to get the title transferred. there is a part on the drivers side seat that was suppose to be replaced and as of yet nothing. had a flat tire last night and guess what the tools that are needed to lower the tire were not in the van. once we figured out how to get it lowered without the tool we found that there wasn't a spare. if they missed this stuff what else did they miss when... read more
"Misleading, Did not listen, and tried to lie."
