I went in for my normal oil change and when checking in I was informed that I was due for a 5 year/30,000 mile service. Now this is the first I am hearing of this service and Beaman had been calling and emailing me regarding the oil change being due for 1 month and never mentioned this service being required. I purchased a vehicle on a Saturday and it had an issue so I was asked to turn it back in the following Monday for repairs. A whole week has went by and I still dont have my vehicle. Mind you I put down a LARGE down-payment due to having bad credit. All I can get from these people is an I can understand your frustration??? Putting 6k down on a used vehicle that I've only driven for a day and not knowing when I'll be able to drive it AGAIN is definitely bad business. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

They tried to sell me a service I did not need. My usual mechanic could not find a problem with any filter.

They were closed when they had told me they would be open. Drove to the dealership and they were closed!!!
Scheduled oil change and tire rotation, but ended up with $200 alignment after 2+ hours. They declined to do oil change because I hadn't driven 5k, but it had been 7 months since last service. Will not return!

Asked for oil change, tire rotation, and complementary car wash. There was no indication if any service was provided. The car was not reset as expected after an oil change. Maintenance required screen was still showing. The oil change sticker on the windshield is still the old one. No new sticker was put on. Can't tell if tires were rotated. Car wash apparently didn't happen as there was not a single drop of water on the car when I pick it up.

you told me I needed 12,000 dollars in repairs. I have the car i bought from Beaman Toyota about one year. I drive maybe 60 miles a week. SO driving the miles i normally do , my car has so much expanse to fix, that I believe it was sold to me with that many problems and I had no idea you would sell me a car in such disrepair.
