Everything seemed fine at the start. Good communication, willing to deal, and we even got picked up from the airport after a 400+ flight to Nashville to buy a used EV. Problems started as soon as I checked the car out. 90+ degree day and A/C barely worked. As promised the EV was fully charged but only showed 80% of manufacturers published range. I waited 2 hrs and 47 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation/balance WITH an appointment.
They sold us a $40,000 Toyota certified car that smells like a cigarette ash tray - violating the certification standards.
They messed up my loan paperwork requiring me to have an additional run of my credit. Was told if I didn't buy then I would not get a good deal and might not get my opinions. Days later I notice the warranty paperwork has a different model on it. They did fix a chip in the paint job. They lied about helping me program my phone and garage door. They were late for every appointment and smiled the whole time knowing they hadn't listened to any of my requests and tricked my extreme exhaustion
This place is a scam operation. They told me my brake pads were 3mm on a car I just bought from them, meaning they need to be replaced. Then when I called them on it, they said they made a mistake and that they are really 6mm. They blatantly lied about factual measurements to try to get me to buy new brake pads and rotors. Scam operation.
They mislead you. Especially carfax statements which is very curusual for purchase
Employees standing around watching while I wait for someone to help me. Took an hour to pick up my car from service and service was not complete. I gave feedback and got no concession, apology or remediation

I'm tired of being upsold and overcharged. I'm also tired of my decisions not being recorded. I did not forget service on windshield wipers - I said I did it myself.
