Refused to agree on an amount. Then called to say they accepted the offer the next day. Making it another late night of figuring things out. Refused to register my vehicle in the county I live in. Even though they took the money to do so. So now my tags and registration do not match it is going to cost me even more out of pocket to get it fixed.
It is the worst thing I have ever done in my life. I visited this place. They are scammers
Time was way past quoted. Had to get a rental. Took an hour to get the rental. Next day, was charged for things not discussed and then removed the charges saying it was a discount when really it removed the charges not discussed. Never reset my oil change notice or provided a sticker. Not the sales guy fault but the head doesn't talk to the body there. Waiting room had close to 100 people. They overbook and can't provide quick service.
Had an appointment for 11:15 AM and at 2:00 PM had not started service on the car yet. Service was not completed until after 3:00 PM. The service work was good as it usually is at this dealership, but the length of time waiting was not.
It was terrible!!!! Took forever then they did not truly fix the problem so had to take it to dealership in Tuscaloosa. They found not a good part that was put on the tire and wanted to charge us. Thank goodness Will was the hero and agreed for Beaman to pay to fix this poorly put on tire part!
Customer service contact was completely absent. Phone system is disgraceful.
forgot to rotate my tires after inspecting and recommend ing new tires
Service was ok I had a problem with vibration when braking was told that my rear brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and that didn't fix the issue along with other services done and paid $895 I'm not happy with that at all
The service was done timely and professional.
