In-take person was polite. Service was completed in a timely manner. What I didn't like: Oil change was completed in a haphazardly manner. No new sticker showing estimated time for next oil change was placed on windshield and the "maint.required" light was not reset. Less than two weeks after the oil change, it is already beginning to flash. $450 for a tire rotation, filter, and coolant overpriced. I waited 3 hours when I was told it would be 1.5 hours. The service salesmen constantly tried to upcharge, and would scold me when I said I didn't want non necessary services. I also had a free tire rotation that he did not use and said "Just use it next time." The only way I would return is if it was Toyota specific parts I needed or if it was free. The waiting area is nicer that most places. A lot of the other sales reps are nice.
The Salesman, Tim Gregory was extraordinary.He gave me almost what I wanted for my car.HOWEVER,The finance man was over and beyond the worst person I have dealt with. It took him over 2 hours to explain the extended warranty when all I wanted to know was the cost & what it covered. I told him at the end all he needed to do was to say they were offering the warranty and the cost.Then I would have been happier.He said it was what the corporation wanted him to say. It was ridiculous!

The most egregious part was that the charged $109.99 to tighten a nut on the windshield washer. They truly should be ashamed, but I highly doubt they are.
Had me come in with my Tundra to have the engine changed when they didn't even have my engine. Waist of my valuable time.
Brandon with finance said the loans weren't front loaded with interest and therefore we should opt for a longer term. Now that we're making payments this clearly isn't the case. We had never bought a car so we didn't know. That's on us but still frustrating. We scheduled appointment to black out logos. Not all of the logos we blacked out. No one told us the front logo can't be blacked out. What did we pay for? Overall, poor experience.
20 minutes to get help once I arrived. Cannot go to this dealership to get a oil change without getting multiple upgrades for other service needed. Have experienced multiple problems since Mr Beaman sold to this new company. Have been a customer since 1990 but will be going elsewhere from now on.
