I had agreed to a deal before taking a drive to this dealer and they did not try to change anything
I had a wonderful experience. I got what I wanted, when I wanted it. Right then! haha. The team was great, they stayed after hours, 10pm on a Saturday, and even drove the car home for me, since I didn't do a trade in.
Not happy with service agent. He was not nicely responsive.

Everything was fine. I do not like them adding on an $80 shop fee. Their prices are too high. I have to get it done there because of the warranty
I paid $283 for a simple diagnostic test, even though I was paying for a maintenance package; to make matters worse, they sent me to another dealership.
i have NEVER had a positive experience with Beaman. I will never be back!!
At least they were more efficient this time, but I don't understand why I had to pay for things on a brand-new car that still fell within my two-year free maintenance. Also, they need to change settings back to how the vehicle was delivered - I still can't figure out how to get back to the dash display I prefer, and my wipers were no longer set on automatic when we were due a full week of rain. I do want my car returned to me washed next time - am unclear why that didn't automatically happen as part of my maintenance service... read more
Horrible Rip off . Went in for battery replacement under warranty and was charged over $800 when all I needed was a replacement battery under warranty . Total Rip OFF
*UPDATE* 3/13/26: Still no actual contact from Beaman other than an automated email wanting feedback on other platforms like Facebook, this review is also on there. Yesterday I had a mobile mechanic (J&B Mobile Mechanics) come out and look at my Tacoma, they showed up about two hours after I called and were in the parking lot of my job for a total of 20 minutes after a short test drive and told me everything that was wrong.
