I did not receive any service. A driver dropped off a new set of wiper blades at my house. When this unexpected offer was made, I clearly asked that the person would install them. I was assured that would happen. It didn't and the driver stated he couldn't install. I fail to see how offering this complimentary item benefits me when I then have to schedule a service appointment and drive to the dealership to have them installed.

They wanted 40 pages of mostly irrelevant paperwork, to be signed for a used car. An all-cash transaction required credit check authorization, paperwork referring to financing, authorization to share your personal info with their "affiliates" or third-parties, required registration in the origin state even though the car was being purchased out of state, etc. That required titling and registration means you pay taxes and fees in that state and in the destination state. They were supposed to drop off some wiper blades for my truck and never did. Nothing was done.

I am conflicted. My service advisor is 5 stars and did a great job. But I had a bad experience waiting in their showroom. That is why I gave 2 stars. They were filming something and I respected that. But, they sent me the video of them working on my truck and a guy gave me griefyou guys sent it! Then, I was getting ice for a Coke and this really arrogant guy gave me a lot of grief and said condescendingly "I think you have enough ice".wow, excuse me?!? Windshield washer fluid is not checked Breaking system is not checked and tyre pressure is not fill which is below 32 now still . Should be filled with 36.

I purchased a Toyota 2019 Rav4 ELX I was not informed that it had 6 owners on CARFAX until I had time to sit down to read it and I am the seventh owner. I attempted to return the vehicle and was told that I could not return the vehicle, but I could do a trade in only to lose about four thousand as a trade in. I feel I should have been given to this information beforehand.

Everything seemed fine at the start. Good communication, willing to deal, and we even got picked up from the airport after a 400+ flight to Nashville to buy a used EV. Problems started as soon as I checked the car out. 90+ degree day and A/C barely worked. As promised the EV was fully charged but only showed 80% of manufacturers published range.
