I scheduled an appointment for maintenance of my car to address a recall issue. I arrived about a half hour early to my appointment, and after waiting almost 4 hours I approached the Toyota service rep to inquire on the status. I learned that my appointment was only to schedule the check in and not to actually work on my car's recall maintenance. Also I was informed that it should be another two hours even after being informed of other possible non-priority issues.

The service department took 4 hours for an oil change with an appointment. No communication nor explanation on why. Worse customer service ever. I called and spoke to service advisor and was told the service manager was in meeting and would call me but it has been 2 weeks and no call. I guess they don't care about their customers the way they claim.

I have purchased the mu car with them but Never have good experience with the service department.

Did not resolve my issue. The part had not arrived and they said they rarely get those parts in. It may take couple days or days or longer.

I went in for my normal oil change and when checking in I was informed that I was due for a 5 year/30,000 mile service. Now this is the first I am hearing of this service and Beaman had been calling and emailing me regarding the oil change being due for 1 month and never mentioned this service being required. I was railroaded into making a decision on the spot and not knowing whether this is a required maintenance told them to go ahead. My regular oil change ended up costing me over $1300.00. I purchased a vehicle on a Saturday and it had an issue so I was asked to turn it back in the following Monday for repairs. A whole week has went by and I still dont have my vehicle. Mind you I put down a LARGE down-payment due to having bad credit. All I can get from these people is an I can understand your frustration??? Putting 6k down on a used vehicle that I've only driven for a day and not knowing when I'll be able to drive it AGAIN is definitely bad business. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
