I brought my 2009 Rav-4 in for service on March 12, 2024. for oil/filter change and a tire patch. The Service Advisor advised me of the technicians findings which was recommended: air and cabin filter, replace spark plugs, replace drive belt, battery service, cleaning of the terminals. I had my car serviced six (6 months ago) in September 2023, yet the tech in September did not advise me of these things needed to be done. This is our third vehicle purchase with Beaman Toyota. Each time the experience has been fantastic, but they somehow manage to keep improving. We’ve received very fair trade-in valuations and fantastic new Toyota pricing (which is saying something mid-2022). Collin Archambeault has been stellar: patient, authentic, and helpful. I don’t even know what to suggest for an improvement. Highest recommendation!
