Mr.Beau Horton is very professional. When I give him a call he answered, and if he didn't he get back to me within the end of the day. I know in his professional field that it's hard dealing with people, but Beau seems to some how make it where you are satisfied with everything that you and he are dealing with. Beau helped us every step of the way. He educated us on parts of the loans process that were unclear to us. He helped us decide which loan amount is most realistic and affordable for us. He accommodated us when we had to text or call for our concerns, even if communicated in the weekend. When we had a major construction concern before closing, he reached out to management to help us get a resolution. Overall, Beau made us feel that he was there there for us.
