If I emailed a question even late in the day, Beau emailed me a response within a few hours or less. He explained information if I wasn't clear and sent attachments to help me out. I was very satisfied with his service.
Beau, was very helpful and calm when he is trying to explain or clarify questions we might have, this has been very important to us because we are first home buyers, so majority of the documents and terminologies are new to us and Beau was very patient in addressing our concerns. Overall, it was a great experience.
