Beau was there for all questions I had without hesitation. Beau was the only one at KB homes that if I called he responded right away and if I had questions with paperwork or anything at all he was helpful and if he didn't have the answer he found out and responded with an answer. He was awesome and I would recommend him to everyone buying a home.

Beau and the whole KB team were pleasant to work with. Questions were answered same day or early next day and for a nationwide company that was impressive. The loan process was painlesss although a little unnerving as we had zero experience with applying for a home loan. Beau stayed proactive and kept us updated all the way up to closing. The estimated closing date was met and now we are enjoying are new KB home.
