The people we worked with were pleasant, friendly and very professional. The electronic process made it simple, but my husband, who isn't computer literate didn't feel a part of the process with everything being on-line. I think he missed the face to face contact & felt a little out of the loop not being able to ask more questions throughout the process. But, all in all we are very happy and grateful for those involved and for our new home!
