We have a few issues with the order/delivery, but Mike made it right to ensure we were satisfied. He does care about his customers. I wish more employees took more time to make their customers happy.
I couldn’t be happier with the service that Mike, your location manager gave — he was ALWAYS responsive to my questions and informative about delivery — even delivered some of the mattresses himself on his day off!!!! Mattress Mike helped me pick out the perfect mattress for my guest room. He also came out to my home to help set up the adaptor that I needed for my headboard. I have no complaints. I would definitely go there again to purchase any future mattresses that I need.
