I finally decided that I had to purchase a new bed. I dread it because I end up trying so many beds that they all start to feel the same and I walk out with nothing. We had purchased another bed at Bed Pros and decided to go to the one on 32nd and 4th St. N. I was greeted by Rachael, the store manager. I have never known anyone that knew more about a mattress. Went in to shop for a mattress. Rachael took good care of me without any weird sales tactics like at the place we went to right before this- and on top of that Rachael F, the Store Manager, made me a heck of a deal on a high end mattress. She went the extra mile to make sure all my needs were met. Highly recommend this store. Ask for Rachael! Great service, professional and knowledgeable. I liked that no one tried to “sell” me a bed but instead provided information on the products available, answered questions and let me determine what best met my needs. Delivery service was on time, courteous and efficient.
