Michael went out of his way to help me find a bed closer to my house because I work near his location in Saint Pete. He found a way to help me get it delivered as well. He really went out of his way during these holiday busy times to make me feel like I was special.
The entire experience was above and beyond what anyone would expect as far as customer service! I do not have enough space to write everything this young woman meant to us. Will recommend, encourage and share this store with everyone.

I finally decided that I had to purchase a new bed. I dread it because I end up trying so many beds that they all start to feel the same and I walk out with nothing. We had purchased another bed at Bed Pros and decided to go to the one on 32nd and 4th St. N. I was greeted by Rachael, the store manager. I have never known anyone that knew more about a mattress. Went in to shop for a mattress. Rachael took good care of me without any weird sales tactics like at the place we went to right before this- and on top of that Rachael F, the Store Manager, made me a heck of a deal on a high end mattress.
