We don’t mean any disrespect. Belinda was very kind but our process with KB Homes was frustrating. With the loan side of things it was not always easy to get ahold of people. Most weeks someone was on vacation and at times conversation was lost and we would have to re-explain the same points over and over again. We do believe that communication within the KB Homes organization as a whole needs some tuning up. Thank you for your time!
