Verified Renter Okay so far. Very thin walls. Dark outside. Dumpster is a nightmare. Place could use some updating. Plenty of parking though. Rent is reasonable.

Verified Renter The community is great. New updates are being made all the time. I just really wish my neighbor below me would be more respectful when they have friends over and be mindful to the fact of just because it’s a holiday does not mean everyone is off from work.

Ya'll come and join us! In real estate, the main thing is location, location, location! This community has that in spades. Close to Avalon and Northpoint Mall, downtown Alpharetta, churches, grocery stores, police department, post office, walking paths, etc. The trees are probably the best asset. It is heavily wooded. The buildings are older, but in good condition. The staff is friendly and open to discussions. Maintenance is prompt and thorough. Come and join us!
