Verified Renter the community and location is nice and is the reason i lived here. I will says the walls are VERY thin so it becomes very noisy. They also have construcion going at all time (starting at 8am) which is very annoying when it sounds right outside your door. The apartments lack a lot of sunlight since the porches are big. My leasing agent was not good at all- and we ended up in a completely different apartment then we saw. If we had viewed our exact unit before the lease we probably wouldn't have signed.

Verified Renter The management and the maintainance are a pleasure to deal with ! In particular Samantha and especially Eldar. They have been very responsive to any and all my requests. Recently a neighbor was not properly controlling the barking of their dogs and they were promptly communicated with as to the community requirements in that regard...and the barking has been handled.
