Verified Renter The management and the maintainance are a pleasure to deal with ! In particular Samantha and especially Eldar. They have been very responsive to any and all my requests. Recently a neighbor was not properly controlling the barking of their dogs and they were promptly communicated with as to the community requirements in that regard...and the barking has been handled. Then, a tenant made a total mess of the common stairways and walkways in our building by tracking a ton of red clay on the steps and walk area. ... read more

Verified Renter It is a wonderful place to live! The staff is great, the amenities are up to date (except for the grills), and the location is perfect. If they would bring pest control around on a more consistent basis, it would be the best place I've ever lived!

Verified Renter Good place to live where the maintenance is fast and good friendly neighbors, staff. Greenery everywhere with lot of amenities. Recent times rent increased and not much events for residents from the management.
