Took my car here after someone backed into me was quoted four day repair took 12, after got the car back they had painted it the wrong shade of blue, told me a supervisor would be in touch, a week goes buy and don't hear anything back. Call them and leave several voicemails without response car is still not painted the correct shade of blue and I have not heard anything from them. Would not recommend at all.

Our 2016 Honda was involved in a side impact collision. We took it to Bell Collision. Before having it towed, I spoke to the manager to ensure they had the time to complete the job in a timely manner. Seven weeks later, we received our car back. During those seven weeks, they called me once. There was zero communication. After a couple of days, it had to go back due to several issues. I am very disappointed with the disrespect and poor service I received here. I was hit from behind in an accident and the other person's insurance, Geico, was responsible for the damage. Both the collision inspector Jeremy Andrews and the Geico representative Chris Lomasney provided very poor customer service. No one at Bell Collision stands by their word. They act like they care about you when in fact it's all a front. Horrible paint job, cracking paint on the roof of my brand new SUV. None of the doors or trim line up. My hood is still an 1/8 of an inch off. The back lift gate leaks, rear window slams down when try to power it down. Absolute rude people especially the collision manager! I had a situation there and not even the VP called me back to straight it out. Go somewhere else or your day will be ruined. I would give a negative star but i can't. I can see from the feedbacks that only women leave positive feedback...

This morning I hit a post while backing up. The damage was on my front right fender and bumper. I have used one body shop in the past and have always been pleased with the service. I decided to try Bell Collision because of the proximity to my current house. The "estimate" consisted of an employee walking out to the vehicle and saying the estimate is "two thousand, wait three thousand but it may be more when we get inside". AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Wish they had negative stars. My Ins. company referred me to them after an accident to repair my 2013 Non-Honda vehicle. At first they seemed very accommodating, and helpful. But when picking up my car, as soon as they had their money, it all changed, it seemed I no longer existed and was just a nuisance.
