Formerly Presidio. Probably one of the better designed buildings in DTC noise level wise, however, the complex has been sold a few months ago. Since new management took over they have completely shut down the pool. Under Presidio management, even with occasional broken glass incidents in the pool, it has never taken more than two days for it to re-open.
