Terrible Management DO NOT MOVE HERE Bell properties took over this building after I signed my first lease and it has gone no where except downhill, they have a management staff with terrible attitudes and zero help. We have three managers in the office one never is seen and never interacts with residents, the other treats residents like absolute trash, and a maintenance manager that cares more about charging move out damages to residents than he likes actually doing his job of fixing things around the complex are the bigges... read more

SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE Wow if I could go back a year... Management is not friendly, they send unprofessional emails all the time but can NEVER answer your questions. Huge rent hikes with insane charges, unwilling to work with residents. The building hallway is trashed and smelly all the time, actual dog poop, spilled garbage/food, etc. Half of the doors to get in are so hard to open or broken and don't work. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I have lived here since May of 2017 I signed my first lease with the buildings previous owner and since Bell Properties has taken over it has drastically gone downhill while the rent has continued to go up, while not upgrading anything except the leasing office. They started upgrades to the fitness center 1/2/2019 they claim to have provided "alternatives" but all those came at a cost to the renter while we paid obnoxious rent on top of a gym membership, this place loves money and they will find any way to ... read more

WORST PLACE IN THE BELL DENVER TECH CENTER I lived here for a total of almost 3 years. All of the reviews are true: ever since the new management took over this place went downhill, yet funny enough: they increased their prices dramatically. The place was not as well kept, there was constant problems with the pool, and the leasing office treats people as if they are nothing but a number. For the price of this place, do yourself a favor and look at other places in the area. Avoid this headache of a place!

Try another complex in the area - You'll be glad you did! I initially signed my lease under the previous management. Since the transfer to Bell, I'm counting down the days until my lease is up so I can get out of here!! I appreciate the amenity upgrade, but the process has been VERY lengthy and nothing to compensate having to do without. I sometimes feel like I am back in the dorms with how many times the fire alarms go off and since transferring to Bell, we rarely get an explanation as to the cause. Live anywhere but here!!! This is easily the worst place I have ever lived in my entire adult life (I'm in my 30s and have been renting since 18). What they don't show you during a leasing tour is how there is only one way in and out of this building as a resident - a mega mall parking structure. Heaven forbid you desire a higher floor apt because then you will have to drive over 10-13 SPEED BUMPS, ONE WAY, EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. False Charges When Moving Out This is a recurring issue with the Bell management company. The Bell management team will find a way to charge for damage that you did not cause. We filled in a damage report when we moved in, when we moved out they claimed they never received it and sent our bill to collections without ever responding to our request to clarify on the damage.

Full of hassles, noise, and misleading Cannot sleep. Loud stomping from above, mystery vibration and shaking from below, and every hour loud banging in a wall. Unexpected extra fees. Ameneties taken away. Emails bounce back. Not worth it

Rude office staff, disgusting amenities This complex was great until Bell took over. They do NOT take their residents safety concerns seriously. I had an issue with a neighbor and was informed by the office I should call the police since there was nothing they could do. I have since been harassed and intimidated by the resident and they REFUSE to do anything even though I have proof of the harassment.
