Not good. Overpriced. This complex is way below the mark. The hallways are dirty and outdated, the unit’s are outdated as well. You can hear EVERYTHING in your apartment, from your upstairs neighbor to the people walking down the hallways. Every time my upstairs neighbor closes his door it shakes my entire apartment and makes it sound like someone is trying to get in my front door. The fire alarms sound ALL THE TIME. Do not live here Constant fire alarm issues, no emergency maintenance line. Terrible management. Hard to get a hold of anyone (even though they have a large quantity of units and on-site management)

No Water to the Entire Building Over the past 15 months, the hot water has been turned off once and all water has been shut off 7 times! I understand maintenance needs to be done occasionally but 7 times where the water is completely off for several hours? To make matters worse, when the water comes back on, the hot water smells funky, is brown-tinted, and has black specks floating in it for a few days after. Do not rent here! We just moved out after 2 years living here and cannot recommend it to anyone. The fire alarm goes off all the time, for some reason. We wanted a place that was pet friendly but our dog was constantly stressed out by the building wide fire alarm going off. Also, the water was shut off all the time! I have no idea why they needed to shut our water off so frequently but it got old. Our rent was paid on time every month, and we never missed any payments on rent even at the height of the pandemic. Verified Renter The security is not good here. Car theft and theft is high. They always have a new manager and assistant managers. They are not organized in the office and have made mistakes that I am now paying for out of my pocket.

Verified Renter Overall a decent place to live. Don't expect the front office to help when something goes wrong, such as theft and security, and be aware of the condition in which the building is in. Some areas of the complex are in need of major remodeling and fixing.

Verified Renter If you want to feel unwelcome, move in to a dirty apartment as well as have issues with appliances and air conditioning in the first month you live here, have windows that don't latch then Bell Denver Tech Center is the place for you!
DO NOT LIVE HERE. Due to structural flaws in the building, my apartment flooded in the ceilings and walls. It took an entire month for the repairs to get fixed. During this time, I had to spend a few days and nights outside of the apartment. After this, I was able to go into my apartment's bedroom and bathroom, but the entire living room was sectioned off.
