Verified Renter For the most part, I've enjoyed Bell Flatirons. I like our apartment, the area, and the new finishes our apartment has. I wish they had been more clear about the partial "mountain view" this particular unit has; we were promise pictures, and we never received them. We also pay extra to barely see mountains--that's a little frustrating to me. It's also hard to get in touch with people when I have a question about the complex.

From Leasing to Resident Support to Maintenance they are all outstanding and daily try to do everything they can to keep all of their residents happy and pleased with surroundings. They quickly become like family which reinforces your decision to move here and continue to stay in subsequent years. It's a lovely place to live- new folks will love it!
