The amenities are always clean and in good condition, the hot tub fits up to 15 people, the pool is open year round, the gym is huge, the indoor basketball court has a schedule throughout the week that brings the community together to play different sports. The overall vibe of this place is very family friendly. We were worried we'd have to deal with too many college kids since it's so close to boulder, but that isn't the problem at all. Verified Renter The overall the experience is very good. With thousands of people in a small footprint they do a good job managing this large complex. Maintenance is responsive and follows up nicely. I have only lived here a few months and have no major complaints, my neighbors are very quiet and nice people to talk with.
