Don't Do it If I can say anything for this place, just don't do it. I know it looks nice with all the amenities. But you are better off living somewhere else. For my experience, I had pest control issues left from the previous tenant and ended up having to move to a different unit. The staff was not helpful or courteous at all during this experience, I was compliant in solving the issue every step of the way and doing everything I could (and then some). Verified Renter Bell Flatirons is a desirable place to live for all ages. When we moved in 15 years ago ,we enjoyed all the amenities like pools ,tennis courts , childrens play area indoors and out, as well as social get togethers ,weekly movie night and Sunday Free Continental breakfasts. We were able to meet friends wed made in the complex for afternoon coffee in the clubhouse and enjoy private barbecues near the pool.Weve had a good life here and have pleasant memories of our experiences and the good friends weve made. Verified Renter I love living here- the layout and proximity to open space and quick commuting, the amenities provided and free parking options are wonderful. Huge windows to let in light and clean and well cared for community.

Verified Renter This complex has been great. It seems pricey for a small apartment but it's really normally priced for the area and being able to live alone with no roommates. It's a very nice complex, great staff who are responsive & helpful. Having all of the amenities like the hottub, gym, and garbage service is really convenient. Superior is a great place to live since it's so close to Boulder but away from the chaos.
