Verified Renter It is a well maintained complex with many amenities. The mature landscape was the clincher. Response to an energency maintenance problem is immediate, no matter what time. Friendly staff. Even though this is a large apartment complex, it is not cold and impersonal. I believe you would enjoy living here.
Verified Renter We love the staff at BFI - they are kind and knowledgeable. We love our unit - the unit is beautiful, we have a great view and the ground are kept so nicely. We will be sad to leave when we buy a house.
Verified Renter Very nice apartment and quiet neighborhood. The staff in general are helpful, courteous and friendly. Landscaping in our vicinity is a disgrace and we are forever picking up trash. We have decided our standards and expectations must be too high.

Verified Renter Apartments are nice, the amenities are great and the location can't be beat, but the increasing crime rate is scary. Management could also improve at communication.

We have been working with Boulder County Sheriff's Department and they stated the whole surrounding area starting in November had increase which they state is normal for this time of year. Verified Renter Bell Flatirons has been a great community to live in. I have had enjoyed all the access to outdoor activities this community offers. I love the floor plan I live in and the apartment features. It is very quiet and peaceful. I really enjoy living here.
