Verified Renter I have so appreciated the personnel and maintenance staff year. Ive been here a long time I would like to see that long living residence here would have their rents frozen at a certain point.

Verified Renter Complex is clean, good lighting, the new parking rules need to be better monitored by the company that was contracted with . Those fees for parking should be absorbed by Bell Fkatirons.

Verified Renter After about 1 month of living here, I cannot in good conscience recommend Bell Flatirons to anyone because of the excessive response maintenance times. However, I am hopeful that this will improve.

Poor management In this tough time most of the amenities were discontinued without any compensation to its residents. The staff is friendly when it comes to locking in a lease, but terminating and transitioning out of the complex is another story . BEWARE! They require a 60 day notice of exit , even though there is a lease ending date .They will not reach out or contact you . I would not recommend living here . Verified Renter I will never rent from here again. Parking is the worst and the garages are sized for golf carts. Not worth the money at all.

Verified Renter My experience is that once I moved in COVID 19 was used as a way to limit the use of the amenities that were used to attract me to live here. There has never been any attempt by management to adjust for this.

The pandemic was new for everyone and we were following Governor Pollis and the CDC guidelines at the time where it was mandated to close all amenities.
