Verified Renter Lovely apartments with excellent amenities. Lots of places around for shopping, grocery needs, etc. Only a ~15 minute drive to CU Boulder and mountains for hiking.

Verified Renter I'm into my 4th year here at Bell and continue to renew my lease. Reason? The kindness and caring from the staff here. Beginning with Anthony in Leasing who always makes you feel so welcome to the wonderful ladies at Resident Services who know how to handle all of our 'problems' with ease and make every effort to keep their residents happy and feeling at 'home', A special recognition to the outstanding maintenance staff who take such pride in their work and are such a huge asset to Bell as seen in their courteous manner and patience when coming out to 'fix' our problems. They are all easy to work with make living here the perfect choice.
