Verified Renter My experience here so far has been a positive one. It’s a beautiful community and I’ve been greeted by everyone I’ve encountered with a smile and a hello. I think maintenance may need some additional assistance and that’s not their fault but something that should be considered by Bell properties so that every resident is having their issues addressed and remedied in a reasonable amount of time.

Inflexible Managment I don't normally leave negative reviews but my experience at Bell Four Point has lead me to want to warn others. Most of my experience was positive...the apartments are clean and the maintenance staff is responsive and speedy. Kathryn, one of the apartment managers, was also always very pleasent and quick to respond. My frustration came when it was getting close to the end of my lease. Terrible management This used to be an excellent property when it was the Escape at Four Points. Since Bell took it over, there have been over charges, changes in utility charging without telling the residents (overbilling). And the man agent team is the rudest and most hostile people I have ever met (not the sales team, the management- for when you have issues, which you will!). Avoid this community. The new management is TERRIBLE! I've lived here for eight months now, and I enjoyed this complex so much...until this terrible new management showed up out of nowhere. None of the residents were given notice about the new management. We randomly received a sign on our doors saying "New management!" No warning, no nothing. This is a violation of our leases!
