Terrible management This used to be an excellent property when it was the Escape at Four Points. Since Bell took it over, there have been over charges, changes in utility charging without telling the residents (overbilling). And the man agent team is the rudest and most hostile people I have ever met (not the sales team, the management- for when you have issues, which you will!). Avoid this community. The new management is TERRIBLE! I've lived here for eight months now, and I enjoyed this complex so much...until this terrible new management showed up out of nowhere. None of the residents were given notice about the new management. We randomly received a sign on our doors saying "New management!" No warning, no nothing. This is a violation of our leases!
