Verified Renter Nice gated place. Good parking. Best staff. New clean. Other residents need to be more silent after 10 pm.
Verified Renter This community is being poorly managed, and showing many signs of that. I will not be renewing my lease at Bell Four Points, and it appears that having new neighbors all of the time I’m not alone feeling that way.

Verified Renter My experience here so far has been a positive one. It’s a beautiful community and I’ve been greeted by everyone I’ve encountered with a smile and a hello. I think maintenance may need some additional assistance and that’s not their fault but something that should be considered by Bell properties so that every resident is having their issues addressed and remedied in a reasonable amount of time.

Inflexible Managment I don't normally leave negative reviews but my experience at Bell Four Point has lead me to want to warn others. Most of my experience was positive...the apartments are clean and the maintenance staff is responsive and speedy. Kathryn, one of the apartment managers, was also always very pleasent and quick to respond. My frustration came when it was getting close to the end of my lease. Being new to Texas and it's move out laws, I didn't realize that in addition to not renewing my lease I also had to give... read more
