Verified Renter I love my apartment and the location. The only issue I have had since I have been there is the office staff and communication. I do not believe there has been management since I've been there so I am hoping that the new staff will be better.
Verified Renter We enjoy living at Bell Four Points. Moving in was such an easy process and stress free process! The staff is so helpful and responsive! Its a great area to live in and the rental price is VERY competitive! Were very happy to be Bell Four Points residents!
Worst place I have lived so far The apartment residents are cheap and shady people. The apartment is too far without any transport facility. The leasing office is rude and full of arrogance and does not take care of apartment amenities. The swimming pool water is very bad in quality. They close the pool table room and pool side hangout area by 10PM. There are absolutely no trees in the apartment hence no natural feeling or shades, literally no greenery. The on-site team has not had any noticeable issues with any residents; if you have something you'd like to share with them about a neighbor that impacts your tenancy, please feel free to let them know. The pools chemicals are also checked daily by the maintenance team. Verified Renter This community is being poorly managed, and showing many signs of that. I will not be renewing my lease at Bell Four Points, and it appears that having new neighbors all of the time I’m not alone feeling that way.
