Verified Renter It's a very nice place, very quiet and the location It's perfect. There is a Target and H-E-B walking distance. The place is always clean and it's very affordable.

Verified Renter The leasing and move in process was super smooth and easy. I only did a virtual tour of my apartment before moving in and the virtual tour did not do it justice. When I actually saw the apartment in person I was blown away. Cannot recommend enough

Verified Renter The community has gone worse every month since I moved in. It’s extremely noisy. There are a ton of people smoking weed and the building smells of weed all the time in the supposedly Non Smoking community. I have already bought this to the leasing office ‘a notice with no resolution.

Verified Renter All around it’s okay. Can’t complain I guess. Not blown away by anything. The change in staff was a good move. Although I never did get my $500 for renewing my lease by the previous staff. And then told I’d still get it by the new staff. Never got it. Probably wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless they are just looking for cheap or close to work like me.
