Verified Renter The community has gone worse every month since I moved in. It’s extremely noisy. There are a ton of people smoking weed and the building smells of weed all the time in the supposedly Non Smoking community. I have already bought this to the leasing office ‘a notice with no resolution.

Verified Renter Peaceful environment, location is awesome with two great stores by our side. Office team does an awesome job feeding us during their food events, and maintenance team is always in top of work orders.

Verified Renter All around it’s okay. Can’t complain I guess. Not blown away by anything. The change in staff was a good move. Although I never did get my $500 for renewing my lease by the previous staff. And then told I’d still get it by the new staff. Never got it. Probably wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless they are just looking for cheap or close to work like me.

One of the most comfortable places to live at Four points Austin There are so many positive aspects about living at Bell Four Points apartments and the first and foremost is the front office. They are truly genuine when you meet them. They have always provide immediate care and service.
