0 Star : My Experience The hood has several specs of debris imbedded into the paint. These debris are raised in a couple spots (rough feeling by hand). Appears the paint was not strained or the spray gun was dirty or had dried paint on the spray tip that dislodged during application. Paint obviously was not sanded prior to clear coat to eliminate imperfections as displayed in your office. 0 Star : My Experience The scheduling and initial drop off of the vehicle was effortless and excellent. We had an issue with pick up of the vehicle where a fender flare clip was not completely attached or damaged and it left a 1/4 gap. This caused (due to holiday schedule to be fair) a two day delay in getting the vehicle back. This could have been easily avoided with a careful QA QC check prior to calling me to pick it up.
