What kind of company let's there servers be off line for 48 hours plus. Had to bring vehicle back to have window repaired. Would not roll up. Staff spoke negatively about us behind our back. 5 Star : My Experience The vehicle looks good. However, your front desk receptionist need customers service skills and etiquette training. I walked in this morning and she had an attitude when answering any questions. 0 Star : My Experience I don’t appreciate being lied to when I called to move my car to another shop. Brock said my car was in pieces and needed to be towed to the next shop. I relayed the message to claim adjuster and then I get call from your shop it was okay to be picked up and will be charged 250.00 because I canceled you was not given the okay from my insurance to proceed. There was overspray that I had to point out to them there were dense that I had a point out to them the paint is not very good It's OK butBut not the quality that I expected
